Our modest beginning as a four-employee company with a small rented office and just two vans quickly expanded to include commercial painting services, wallcoverings and pressure washing. This once-small business endeavor between friends has since grown from $365,000 in first year earnings to revenues that exceed $5 million today.

1988

Friends since childhood, Steve Langdon and Kevin McKenzie informally united their fledging residential painting businesses into a single business operation in 1988.

1991

A few years later in 1991, Langdon & McKenzie, Inc. was officially incorporated.

1993

In 1993, Steve Langdon acquired sole ownership of Langdon & McKenzie, Inc. and currently serves as President. Kevin McKenzie remained on staff as a vital member of our organization and today acts as our top client liaison as well as lead Project Manager.
